Large scale projects often have complexities and dependencies – across vendors, systems, processes, and approvals. Such projects require a high level of project management experience and process maturity.

Plant Schedule Activities

The project is divided into schedule activities and a project execution team is mobilized onsite. After initial discussion and design, the teamdevelopsalist of capital items for procurement.

Resource Management

Based on their skill set, the team members are assigned their roles. The team includes both skilled and unskilled personnel for roles like labourers, engineers, supervisors, the RCM, and project in-charge.

Cost Control

This is an integral step. Every step of the project is discussed WRT the financial outlay. Detailed discussions are conducted to offer suggestions and technically feasible alternatives to control the cost and prepare the budget.

Compliance to Client's Quality and HSE Policies

Due diligence is carried out to ensure that the project and processes adhere to the QHSE policies put forth by the company management as well as the certifying agencies.

Co-ordination with Client and Liaising with Regulatory Bodies

Statutory approvals are extremely critical for commencing most engineering and construction projects. The KEPL assumed the responsibility of co-ordinating with the relevant authorities on the client's behalf. We liaison with government regulatory bodies and follow their guidelines for safety and quality. We recommend suitable changes and modifications to ensure that the projects meet the requirements.
